Classes are suitable from absolutely anyone, from beginner to confident cook. We hold the classes in pop-up venues in and around Oxford, and each class in 2.5-3 hours long. All ingredients and equipment are provided – just bring yourself, and come along to enjoy cooking and eating together.

Mariella’s Fresh Pasta, from Tagliatelle to Orecchiete – 28th June 2019

In this class, Mariella Bliss, with infinite patience, will be teaching you how to make the best fresh pasta dough, with or without eggs, and then how to transform it into an epic number of different pasta shapes. Lasagne and tagliatelle – easy – but fusilli, orecchiete, ravioli, now that’s the real challenge. You’ll also learn how to make coloured pasta dyed with spinach or beetroot , and then cook and eat it all with a classic Italian sauce.
