Classes are suitable from absolutely anyone, from beginner to confident cook. We hold the classes in pop-up venues in and around Oxford, and each class in 2.5-3 hours long. All ingredients and equipment are provided – just bring yourself, and come along to enjoy cooking and eating together.

Summer Pasta – Thursday 1st June 2017

A repeat of what is now one of our most popular classes. Learn how to master the art of making perfect pasta – it’s easy, we promise! Start by making your own pasta dough and then create beautiful dishes such as: cappelletti with artichokes, parsley, lemon and parmesan; ravioli with ricotta, lemon and mint; or goats cheese and rosemary tortellini. And of course, learn how to make the classic tomato sauce that can adapted into into many delicious sauces including the tangy Puttanesca. Finish the evening by sampling all the dishes with glass of Italian vino.
