Classes are suitable from absolutely anyone, from beginner to confident cook. We hold the classes in pop-up venues in and around Oxford, and each class in 2.5-3 hours long. All ingredients and equipment are provided – just bring yourself, and come along to enjoy cooking and eating together.

Sausages and beer: what could be a better combination? The lovely Mattias Sjoberg from The Shotover Brewing Company is going to be playing host for this class, in which we’ll make sausages in the brewery, taste Shotover’s marvellous beer and learn about how it is made, then have a barbecue outside to enjoy both together. We’ll take you through the first principles of sausage making, from understanding the basic ingredients and the way they work together to how to create new flavours or recreate the modern classics. At the end of all that hard work, we’ll be cooking up the best-ever sausage sandwiches to be enjoyed with some excellent beer!
