Classes are suitable from absolutely anyone, from beginner to confident cook. We hold the classes in pop-up venues in and around Oxford, and each class in 2.5-3 hours long. All ingredients and equipment are provided – just bring yourself, and come along to enjoy cooking and eating together.

If there’s one thing the British make superlatively well, it’s cheese. Better even than the French (who have a tendency to rest on their laurels). In this class we will be combining fine cheese tasting – with the incredibly knowledgeable Adam Verlander – with the creation of a gaggle of gorgeous cheese dishes that make the most of our home grown cheeses. We’re thinking of a rich and creamy aligot, made with washed-rind Ogleshield, or a Lancashire apple and cheese pie, or perhaps some fine blue cheese matched with honey and toasted walnuts.
