Classes are suitable from absolutely anyone, from beginner to confident cook. We hold the classes in pop-up venues in and around Oxford, and each class in 2.5-3 hours long. All ingredients and equipment are provided – just bring yourself, and come along to enjoy cooking and eating together.

Olive oil still reigns strong as the high priestess of all oils, delicious, healthy, and all but ubiquitous, despite trends for rapeseed, coconut and other oils. What makes it so special? Why are some olive oils phenomenally expensive, and others verging on cheap? Join us for an evening of sheer olivey indulgence, tasting and comparing oils with the wonderful Nancy Gilchrist, and cooking savoury and sweet dishes enhanced by lashings of olive oil. The menu may include dishes such as pesce in acqua pazza (fish in crazy water), or eliotes (Greek olive pastries), a simple pinzimonio, olive oil and crudites, and to finish, an orange and olive oil cake from the south of France.
