Classes are suitable from absolutely anyone, from beginner to confident cook. We hold the classes in pop-up venues in and around Oxford, and each class in 2.5-3 hours long. All ingredients and equipment are provided – just bring yourself, and come along to enjoy cooking and eating together.

Stepping into Demijohn is like entering a thrilling apothecary’s shop full of promise. In this class we get the chance to revel in that promise. We’ll be tasting and cooking amongst the shelves of potbellied glass demijohns, charged with exquisitely flavoured liquid. As well as liqueurs and gins and whiskies, there are single estate extra virgin olive oils from Portugal, Tuscany and Corfu, and sweet sharp traditional balsamic and fruit vinegars.
Recipes may include a sensational white truffle pasta with walnut and rocket pesto, or chocolate rum marinated duck with plums, salmon cured with rhubarb vodka and juniper, and autumn fruits flamed with spiced rum. Strictly over-18s only.
