Classes are suitable from absolutely anyone, from beginner to confident cook. We hold the classes in pop-up venues in and around Oxford, and each class in 2.5-3 hours long. All ingredients and equipment are provided – just bring yourself, and come along to enjoy cooking and eating together.

Italy gets a bad rap for its approach to vegetarians, along the lines of ‘okay, I’ll make chicken’. We’re here to rectify the situation. We’ll be making a meat-free, typically generous Italian feast. From a rib-sticking ribollita to a scrumptious sformato (a baked vegetable, béchamel delight) to a perfect spring homemade pasta, there are myriad options to make the most of those glorious Italian flavours, all washed down with a glass of vino.
