Classes are suitable from absolutely anyone, from beginner to confident cook. We hold the classes in pop-up venues in and around Oxford, and each class in 2.5-3 hours long. All ingredients and equipment are provided – just bring yourself, and come along to enjoy cooking and eating together.

We’re dreaming of an Italian summer and sating our cravings with a whistlestop tour of the Italian islands. We might do a Moddizzosu (Sardinian potato foccaccia) or a scrumptious Sicilian maccheroni with cauliflower, anchovies and saffron. Almost certainly we will round of the night with a fabulous Torta Caprese (a chocolatey, gluten-free delight from Capri) and wash the whole lot down with a refreshing glass of Italian vino. Come and join us for a typically generous Italian feast – buon appetito!
