Our nomadic style gives us the freedom to offer an exceptionally wide variety of courses, from basic pasta making to constructing glamorous gateaux. Classes are led either by Sophie Grigson or a specialist teacher from our team.

We all cook together (hands-on is our middle name), then we sit down to enjoy the feast we’ve prepared, along with a glass of wine. Our style is informal, enjoyable, and enthusiastic: we want you to take delight in the pleasures of the home kitchen.
